This very limited Kalamata displays immediate intense pepper with flavors malt, green apple and peppercorn. The combination of picking green, unripe Kalamata fruit and minimal processing resulted in high antioxidant content a very high concentration of Oleocanthal (natural anti-inflamatory) at 439 ppm.
