Our ever-popular Chilean Picual displays sweet, fruity tropical notes with ripe tomato and peach! Very well balanced with some bitter chicory on the finish.
This Robust EVOO is a wonderful every day oil for dressings, drizzling and all cooking applications. One of the highest Oleic acid percentages, lending remarkable stability/durability shelf life and healthfulness.
